Please read these guidelines before you complete and send the form:
• Photos - Obituaries in the Nevada Appeal are a paid service. Submit your information below and a representative from the Nevada Appeal will contact you with a quote.
• Photos - Obituaries may be edited to meet the Nevada Appeal format guidelines.
• Photos - Deadlines - 2 p.m. Monday-Friday. Late submissions may be delayed in publication.
• Photos - Color or black and white photos are acceptable. Photos from clippings or screened photos cannot be used. The Nevada Appeal cannot guarantee the quality of reproduction of an old, damaged or faded photo or of a snapshot. If you mail photos via the U.S. Postal Service or drop them off at the Nevada Appeal, 580 Mallory, Carson City, they will be on file at the reception desk after publication and may be picked up there.
